The group's real estate company and its subsidiary, Dade Huatong Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., have successively developed multiple high-end cultural tourism and residential projects such as Fuyuan Mansion in Shandong, Hainan, and Liaoning.

The Shandong Mingde Property Management Group, an investment of the group, is a national first-class qualification enterprise in property management. It is the vice-chairman unit of the China Property Management Association, a standing director unit of the China Education Logistics Association, the secretary-general unit of the China Education Logistics Association's Property Management Committee, and the rotating chairman unit of the Shandong Property Management Association. It is the first "Service Standardization Pilot Unit" in Shandong Province. Its service projects cover 16 cities in Shandong and 29 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions nationwide. It is ranked thirteenth among the "Top 100 Property Service Enterprises in China."
